Welcome to Jellybean Bags! By browsing and shopping on our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

1. General Use

  • By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of the Service or products without express written permission from us.

2. Products and Pricing

  • Accuracy: We strive to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and images; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.
  • Dimensions: All dimensions are clearly stated on product pages. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the size is suitable before purchase.
  • Filling: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bean bag covers are sold without filling. Filling is sold separately as noted on product pages.
  • Price Changes: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or location.
  • Jellybean Bags is not responsible for items lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Conditions: Returns are only accepted if the packaging is unopened and the product is in original, saleable condition.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, used products, or items where warning labels/seals have been removed.
  • Exclusions: Sale items, discounted products, and pre-orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Fees: Approved returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee per item and a $20 repacking fee if packaging was opened. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Proper Use and Maintenance

  • Customers are responsible for the proper maintenance of their products.
  • Damage resulting from abuse, abnormal handling, or misuse is not covered under warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jellybean Bags shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
