Our Promises to You: The Jellybean Bags Return Policy
At Jellybean Bags, we want you to be absolutely obsessed with your new spot for relaxation. We know that sometimes things don't work out exactly as planned, so we’ve kept our return process straightforward and fair.
1. The 30-Day "New Condition" Window
If your Jellybean bag isn't quite the right fit for your home, we can offer a refund within 30 days of delivery. To keep things fair for all our customers, we just ask that:
- The packaging remains unopened.
- The product is in its original, saleable condition.
- Please note: You’ll need to cover the return shipping and postage costs. Once that 30-day window closes, all sales are final.
2. When We Can’t Accept a Return
We take pride in the quality of our bags, but there are a few situations where we can’t offer a refund:
- Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind or the gift recipient wasn't a fan.
- Size & Details: If the size isn't what you expected (we list all dimensions on our product pages) or if you missed the note that filling is sold separately.
- Wear & Tear: Any damage from lack of care, "extreme" bean-bagging (abuse), or removing those important warning and brand labels.
- Broken Seals: If the tamper-proof seal is broken or the packaging has been used.
- Misuse: Using pockets as handles (especially our pool bags, which get heavy when wet!).
3. The Nitty-Gritty (Fees)
To help us process and inspect your return, the following deductions apply to your refund:
- Shipping: Your original shipping costs aren't refundable, and you’ll be responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us.
4. How to Start Your Return
We want to make sure your return doesn’t get lost in the mail! Please follow these steps:
- Get Authorized: Reach out to us first to get your return approved.
- Ship It Safely: Use a trackable postal service (at your expense) to:
