We offer a 30-day window for returns, provided the packaging is unopened and the product is in its original, saleable condition. Please note that change-of-mind returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To maintain high hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened or the tamper-proof seal is broken. If a return is authorized for an opened package, a $20 repacking fee will apply.

Our pool bags are built for fun, but they need proper handling! When they are waterlogged, they can weigh tens of kilograms. Do not use the pockets as handles, as this can cause damage that isn't covered by our warranty.

Items purchased on sale, at a discount, or via pre-order are considered final sales and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
