Thank you for shopping at Jellybean Bags! We are proud to ship our premium bean bags from our home base in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.

1. Processing Times

We aim to get your order moving as quickly as possible.

  • All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Please note that during peak seasonal periods (like Christmas) or major sales, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer competitive rates to ensure your Jellybean bag arrives safely and affordably.

3. Delivery Timelines (Shipping from WA)

Because we are located in Western Australia, shipping times to the East Coast (NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS, and ACT) can take a little longer than local deliveries.

  • WA Deliveries: 2–5 business days.

  • Interstate (East Coast/NT): 5–10 business days.

  • Pre-orders: Items marked as "Pre-order" are manufactured and shipped by priority as soon as stock arrives.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Jellybean Bags is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Lost Packages

Jellybean Bags is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have a great experience. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Returns Shipping

If you need to return your item (subject to our [Return Policy]), please note:

  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
